Rates:

Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum stay / 3 nights on Holiday Weekends.

Occupancy: Rates based on 2 guests, add $10 per extra guest per night.

Cleaning Fee: $60.

Pet Fee: $30. Only Trailside Cottage allows pets.

Payments: For stays booked within 21 days of your check-in, you will be charged 100% of your stay. For all other bookings you will be charged a 50% deposit, and the balance will be charged to your card the day before you check-in.

Policies:

You must be 21 years or older to enter rental agreement.

Check in / out: Check-in is 4 PM or later the date of your arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 AM the date of your departure.

House Rules: Closely follow house rules pertaining to specific property features; hot tub, sauna, fire pit, grill and any other features. You are responsible for any property damage.

Heating & Cooling: Be comfortable but not wasteful of the heat and air conditioner.

Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside any of the cottages. Smoking permitted outside only, use ashtrays.

Pets: Trailside Cottage is pet friendly. Your well behaved pet is accepted with prior approval of property manager. Vaccinations up to date. Two pet limit. No pets on furniture at any time. Observe Hot Springs leash law. You are responsible for crating your pet if you leave pet behind while you are away from property. You will be charged for property damage and/or excessive cleaning. No pets are permitted in Chestnut Log Cabin and Dorland Cottage.

Cancellations: You have up to 21 days prior to your arrival date to cancel less $25 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your reservation less than 21 days we will release the dates back onto the market. If we re-book all or a portion of your reservation you will receive a refund for the day/days we re-book less $25. In the event of last minute cancellations or early departures due to severe weather advisory and/or power outages, you will be responsible for the canceled portion of your reservation.
